“The energy, the knowledge & to give so generously, you've changed my business  & confidence an unmeasurable amount”

— blossom and bloom photography

Heres what's included in your outdoor family photography workshop ticket:

Lets walk and talk all things outdoor photography! The hours before our styled shoot we'll location scout and i'll explain the reasoning behind some of my favourite areas.

We'll be observing the light, positioning, how to plan in advance, what to look for. Plus client styling, the practicalities of outdoor family and baby photography,  lessons on un-posing plus heaps more.

Watch how I work with a real life two parent family with children, plus a motherhood and see how I practically achieve some of my popular outdoor family photography images.

You'll be able to watch as I shoot and how work with the clients *and* photograph scenes that i help curate, then if you wish to you can have a go at leading the real model families yourself.

I'll be right there for you tweaking, assisting and helping you shoot, whilst checking you've got some saleable shots.

All great portfolio content... but most importantly  you'll learn about curating varied galleries, un-posing prompts and how to hone joyful and emotive photography that sells.  This is not just a styled shoot.

Access to a 'how i edited it'  video after workshop to show you how I enhanced some of the key images from the shoot  plus 40% off ATSC presets (if you don't already have them)

A complete guide on how to value your services, price and position yourself in the UK family photography market.

Struggling with knowing what to charge? Worried that people won't pay that much? Trying to figure out how to charge more for all the effort you are putting in?

Unpack all the practical money mindset advice that has got me to where I am.

All whilst gaining tangible ways to assess your own talent, brand and client experience.

That’s right—you’ll get your very own 45-minute online mentoring session, tailored to your needs. Whether it’s refining your skills or strengthening your business, we’ll dive into the areas that will make the biggest impact.

In my experience, this follow-up session is invaluable. It gives you the space to clarify your next steps and build on what you learned during the workshop. Not only will you have the support of the workshop community, but you’ll also receive personalised guidance designed specifically for your business.

We can cover anything from a website content audit, gallery review, and deep dive into your editing, to marketing strategies, client workflows, or any other aspect of your creative and business growth. This session is all about giving you the direction and clarity to move forward with confidence.

Who you surround yourself with in life matters and this should also be the same for your business.

Aside from my business, I'm a married mama of 3 kids and have been a specialist family and baby photographer for over 13 years plus teaching other photographers in person and online 1-2-1 and via workshops and retreats for over 6 years.

Around the school runs, the night feeds and all the bits in between, I've grown my business around my lifestyle and figured out my own parameters of success, amongst the life juggles. I know what it takes to 'make it' in this industry and stay here.I absolutely adore helping others realise their potential and would love to meet you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers to all the questions... but if you have anymore and want to chat i'm just a message away.

Q. Who is the photography workshop for?

Q. What should I bring?

A DSLR or Mirrorless, preferably 'full frame' camera, with either a 24/70mm zoom lens, or a 50mm, 35mm or 24mm prime lens. Comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for the weather.

Bracknell, Berkshire UK The full address will be provided on booking. Everywhere in Bracknell within a 10 minute drive radius of from Bracknell train station. Bracknell is quickly accessible from m4 and m3 motorway junctions and just over an 1hr on the train from London Waterloo.

Q. Where is it located?

Q. Whats the structure of the teaching?

Before the workshop, I'll set up a WhatsApp group so we can easily stay connected.

We’ll start with a relaxed walk, exploring the area while discussing key topics such as location scouting, lighting, positioning, and prompts. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to listen, ask questions, and absorb valuable insights.

During the practical styled shoot, you'll watch me work with model families, then have the chance to photograph them—either in pairs, independently, or alongside me.

With years of experience running photography workshops, retreats, and styled shoot-outs, I know how to balance structured learning with relaxed conversations and moments to breathe.

Before or after the learning shoot, we’ll gather somewhere cosy to chat over food. i'll talk you through all the hot topics such as how i prepare my clients, communication, and how to harness social media to attract your ideal client. Plus, you’ll get a private 1:1 online mini mentoring call with me afterward with specific actions for your business.

The models will be an *everyday* family and also a mother and older baby/small toddler but very carefully selected by me to give the best chance of relaxed co-operation, as well have a good 'look' about them for great portfolio content for you.

I believe that by working with regular (but stylish!) families during workshops you can gain the skills to help you in real life client facing situations.

Styling wise, we will be inspired by the earthy warm tones for outdoors and some pale neutrals mixed in.

Q. Who are the models and whats the vibe?

Whilst i am flattered that you would love to come and see me, with the weather in the UK, there is a chance that the outdoor workshop could be postponed within 24hrs notice. The reschedule date can not be decided prior to the workshop. (see below)

I will be watching the weather the days prior, if there is definite rain forecast for the evening, I will look to reschedule. If the reschedule date means that you are unable to attend a full refund will be provided. They'll be constant communication the few days prior and you'll be provided at least 24 hours notice regarding any postponement. It's recommended that any hotel accomodation or travel tickets are booked on a flexible/changeable rate.

Q. I'm from overseas should i book on?

Q. What if it rains?
