Finding a relaxed natural newborn photographer in Wokingham whilst you’re sofa surfing and 9 months pregnant is hard work. You would never have guessed these two were in-between houses when I photographed them though!
They were totally smitten with their newborn baby and were firmly in a newborn bubble!

Funnily enough, I am shooting in this particular house again later in the year for their sister Robyn from Robyns nest

And whilst this is pretty cool as I got a sneak peek at the natural light in the home I had to be really mindful that I didn’t incorporate too much of the house in their newborn photoshoot. I mean, who wants reminding of someone else’s house when they see their photos!

I’m a dab hand at shooting in so many environments now. I knew I could ace it with a few carefully placed blankets draped over furniture and decluttering some personal items.

Thinking of my feet like this and troubleshooting comes naturally to me and I am so proud of how warm and connected the photographs came out.
